Part of Loading Ramp

 

Parts of loading ramp is not too much, because this installation not a machine but compiled from a number of profile steels. Part of loading ramp is consisted:

  • Bays, that is part of construction of floor place of heap palm fruit keeled over 27-30 degrees that palm fruit can go down easily
  • Door of loading ramp, that is peripatetic equipment fluctuateed to arrange number of palm fruits coming into lori/fruit scrapper conveyor.

  • Hydraulic of Pack, equipment to move door of loading ramp. Actually activator loading ramp there are two types, besides hydraulic of pack door of can be moved by elektromotor ( system quadran) by using crank help and equiped with burden ballast. This construction has started leaved to remembers every door is equiped [by] 1 unit elektromotor and 1 ballast burden unit. This very extravagant construction but has damage excellence localization. For example damage of 1 unit elektromotor menganggu 1 door unit only only, while at hydraulic system of damage at 1 unit elektromotor will bother some doors served by hydraulic of pack.
  • Slide plate and fruit retainer, that is plate mild steel 5 mm to point fruit of gliding and lessens number of palm fruits falling to mill floor.
  • Rail for empty lorry which will be filled and fruit scrapper conveyor.

  • Borders for operator stands up.
  • Some palm oil mills complements conveyor garbage to facilitate dismissal of garbage under loading ramp.

Operational supporter equipments in loading ramp that is; transfer of carriage, bollard, capstan and rail track.
