Maintenance of Loading Ramp

 

Care and maintenance of loading ramp is not lah too complicated and difficult, daily treatment only covers sweeping of work environment from garbage and fruit loose, sweeping of wheel and ensel-engsel door, inspection of leaky  hydraulic seal.

While for weekly treatment is done [by] sweeping of grille loading ramp from concerning garbage.

Annual treatment only inspection of condition of corrosive construction for repairing/replacing of profile bars.

Other treatment is repairing/replacing of admission filling lorry rail of fruit of front of loading ramp, that arrangement of lorry front of door of loading easier ramp and admission filling of palm fruit is more precise.

For Palm oil mill using vertical sterilizer to do repairing/replacing to furit scrapper conveyor to process processing and loading and unloading for overall of door of loading ramp is not annoyed. Remembers friut scrapper conveyor to unfold along the length of loading ramp and only having one lines conveyor, if this conveyor unbalance/damage will cause total stop factory.
