Mengidentifikasi Losis Inti.
Inti sawit seolah-olah menjadi second product di pabrik kelapa sawit, sering dikorbankan untuk mendapatkan minyak sawit terutama di pengoperasian screw press. Tekanan double cone yang diberikan kadangkala melebihi yang diijinkan sehingga banyak inti sawit menjadi hancur dan cenderung terhisap oleh blower LTDS sehingga menjadi losis.
Namun walaupun kadang kala ada kebijakan yang demikian, kita wajib mengetahui seberapa besar inti sawit yang kita korbankan, apakah sebanding dengan jumlah minyak sawit yang kita dapatkan.

(gbr disamping CBC on Operating) CBC, merupakan alat pre treament pertama di stasiun pabrik biji dan merupakan titik kritis di pabrik kelapa sawit. CBC terletak antara screw press dan fibre separating colomb/fibre cyclone. Banyak pabrik kelapa sawit sering mengalami stagnasi akibat kerusakan di CBC, seperti; baut pen sambungan as conveyor putus, hanging bearing putus, pedal atau daun conveyor yang aus, flens sambungan as conveyor dan kerusakan di bagian penggerak seperti gearbox rusak akibat pelumas yang minim serta elektromotor short ("terbakar"). Kerusakan tersebut sering dialami jika CBC sudah beroperasi diatas 5.000 jam terutama jika pelumasan hanging bearing tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.

Tool that used to release palm oil pockets called Stirer Arm, stirring rod arm.
Stirring rod arm very simple, consist of steel plate welded form I profile and given hole enough so that sludge doesn't impel only smash with composed to form star if a bird's-eye view. Principal movement stirer this only rolling with constant speed 2-3 rpm. long arm in adversative direction, there side part long and moved half it shorter.
